To register

Do you want to register your project for a regional final?

Would you like to take part in a regional final or the Québec Final as a judge or volunteer? Select the appropriate section and follow the guide!

Exhibitors

Your project is coming along well? It’s now time to register, and embark on your Science Fair adventure!

If there is no local final being organized in your school, you can enter the regional final directly; simply get in touch with your regional Conseil du loisir scientifique first, to find out the entry conditions or the number of projects allowed per school.

To find out the registration deadlines for each regional final, see the Calendar.

How to proceed
Consult the step-by-step guide to make sure the registration process goes off without a hitch. Choose the version corresponding to the status of your project (solo project, duo project, Quebec final winning project).

If you have a question about the online registration process or need to resolve a technical issue, contact the Conseil du loisir scientifique in your region.

Judges

Every year, hundreds of science and technology professionals get involved as volunteer judges at Science Fair finals. Most of them find the contact with young students so stimulating and energizing that they come back year after year!

To apply online to become a judge at one of the regional finals or at the Québec Final, click here :

A Science Fair co-ordinator will get in touch with you to notify you whether your application has been accepted, based on the needs and the nature of the projects presented by young exhibitors at the final(s) for which you submitted an application.

To find out the registration deadlines for each final, see the Calendar.

Thanks to all our judges for their generous contributions to the Science Fairs!

Volunteers

We are always in need of volunteers to lend a hand in organizing the Science Fairs.

If you would like to contribute your time as a volunteer at one of the Science Fair regional finals, please contact the Conseil du loisir scientifique in your region.

To apply as a volunteer for the 2013 Super Expo-sciences Hydro-Québec, Québec Final, taking place at Hangar de la Zone portuaire de Chicoutimi from April 18 to 21, please send your contact information to info@cdls.qc.ca.
